My Project

High school is challenging for everyone, but for my students with Autism, it can feel especially overwhelming. They often are faced with heightened stress and anxiety from social interactions that don’t go as planned—whether it's misunderstandings with peers or confusing adult expectations.

With the help of these resources, I can create a supportive environment that fosters emotional regulation, resilience, and social confidence.

Mastering social skills is key to helping them navigate these situations with more ease. By teaching these skills, my students can better interpret social cues, form meaningful relationships, and ultimately manage their stress. These tools not only empower my students academically but also equip them for life beyond school. When students feel more confident in their social interactions, they are more likely to thrive, both inside and outside the classroom!
