My Project

I need sensory materials for my students because they help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that addresses their unique sensory needs. Many of my students experience sensory processing challenges, which can make it difficult for them to focus, regulate their emotions, or engage with their learning. Sensory materials, like fidget tools, textured objects, or calming items, help students self-regulate and stay focused, reducing distractions and promoting better engagement in classroom activities. Additionally, these materials can provide comfort for students who feel overwhelmed, helping to calm anxiety and support emotional regulation. By incorporating sensory tools, I can offer a more individualized approach that caters to their diverse needs, allowing them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
