My Project

Incentivizing students in their learning is a way to have them more engaged and feel successful in their work. Through this project, I will be able to give the students an extra boost to work hard throughout the school day. Not only will it do this, but it will also teach them financial literacy. The students can earn class bucks that will allow them to "purchase" charms for their bracelets.

Incentives don't just have to be fun, but can be tools for learning as well.

As students earn class bucks, they can buy these charms and bracelets. Higher demand charms will be priced higher than lower demand charms. "Tax" will be talked about with their purchases as well. For 3rd graders, this will be a great tool to get them thinking about finances with a fun twist!

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.
