My Project

I love my students for their enthusiasm, curiosity, and the unique energy they bring to the classroom each day. They have a genuine love for learning and are always eager to participate. To support their learning, I believe that incentives and rewards, such as Jolly Ranchers, Airheads, and Skinny Popcorn, can play a crucial role. These small treats serve as motivators that encourage positive behavior, active participation, and academic effort. When students know there’s a reward for their hard work, they are more likely to stay focused and give their best.

In addition to rewards, maintaining a clean and healthy classroom environment is essential for effective learning.

The Lysol wipes and tissues I am requesting will help ensure that our classroom remains a safe and hygienic space. By regularly cleaning surfaces and providing tissues for when students need them, we can reduce the spread of germs, which in turn helps prevent absences due to illness. A healthy classroom is a productive one, where students can consistently attend and participate in lessons without interruption.

The goals for this project are to create a supportive and motivating classroom environment where students feel encouraged to engage fully with their learning. By combining motivation with a healthy environment, I hope to see my students excel both academically and socially.

What makes my students special is their diversity and the way they come together to support each other. Each student brings something unique to our classroom, whether it’s a different perspective, a creative idea, or a willingness to help a classmate. This sense of togetherness and mutual respect is what makes teaching them so rewarding. I want to nurture this spirit by providing the tools and resources that will help them succeed, both individually and as a group.
