My Project

Learning calorie content as well as the nutritional value will help determine what amount is need. Students will learn how to plan snacks for activities and manage their BMI.

Students who eat healthy snacks are more prepared to listen and learn.

Healthy snacks, such as fruits, whole grains, and protein, can help students stay calm and satisfied.

Research shows that healthy eating habits are connected to academic achievement.

Snacks can help students learn smart eating habits that they can use in the future.

Undernourishment not only impairs concentration span and information retention. If the brain is not supplied with sufficient nutrients, then its entire development is affected. As a result, it's mostly children whose learning ability is compromised. And, by extension, a successful school career is endangered.

6th - 8th grade is a critical time for social and emotional development, enhancing self- regulation and coping strategies, improving social communication and interaction skills, and building self-esteem and self-confidence can have a profound in pact on the students overall- well-being.

Taking on the responsibility for their academic performance, put effort in to all their classes, and know how to make the learning process easy and enjoyable. They also participate in school life and learning invaluable life skills by engaging in different events
