My Project

Our school encourages the students to be peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors. Incentives have a positive impact on a student's academic performance. Incentives can also help to "boost" a student's confidence level and encourage hard work. It can be challenging to teach a class that is not motivated or has disruptive behavior, but positive incentives can create a motivating classroom environment.

The incentives will provide rewards for students who demonstrate peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors and are working hard as well.

My first graders love to work towards an incentive that they can pick. I can see the difference a small incentive can make after a student works towards that goal.
