Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I believe that encouraging positive behavior is essential for creating a productive and successful learning atmosphere. My goal is to inspire my 2nd grader to exhibit good behavior by offering rewards that motivate them. They really enjoy items like squishy balls, fidgets, and plush animals.

This strategy will benefit all students in my classroom, including those with disabilities, Gifted and Talented students, English Language Learners, and those at risk.

By providing these rewards and celebrating their accomplishments, we not only motivate them to look forward to school but also enhance their overall experience. These incentives and celebrations help build stronger relationships among students and contribute to a more positive classroom environment.
