Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom is filled with bright, energetic, and eager to learn students, who each day inspire me with their curiosity and dedication. My classroom is a place where we celebrate small successes, whether it's mastering a new concept, improving behavior, or simply working together as a team. I believe in creating a positive, motivating environment where students feel proud of their efforts and are excited to keep pushing toward their goals.This project will give my students something tangible to look forward to when they achieve their goals, whether it's completing their assignments on time, improving their behavior, or simply showing kindness to their classmates.

The goal of this project is to create a system that helps reinforce positive behaviors and celebrates academic progress.

When students have a clear and achievable incentive, they are more motivated to stay focused, work hard, and support each other. By providing these rewards, I can celebrate their accomplishments and encourage them to continue working toward their best selves. This treasure chest will provide the positive reinforcement they need to continue striving for excellence every day!
