Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help my students to replace some of the items that went missing or got destroyed during the lost Covid years. They will use the rulers, protractors, markers, and pens to create and discover formulas in the geometry unit.

Students will also use the resources for hands on activities with the 2D and 3D shapes.

For this age group it is essential that they are able to experience the manipulation of shapes to get a better understanding of the formulas for area and volume. The more exposure they have to models the more successful they have been in the past. Please help these students build their foundation to be more successful with math in high school.
