Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students require assistance in managing their emotions, so the books for this project will focus on strategies for controlling anger, frustration, and emotions throughout the school day. Any support for this project would be greatly appreciated.

My objectives for this project are to equip my Life Skills class with tools for emotional regulation and to enhance their literacy skills.

The Lakeshore journals will enable my students to enhance their letter identification, sound recognition, and comprehension skills, which are essential for becoming independent readers. Additionally, the vibrant drawer system will provide easy access to literacy journals, tools, and weekly books, conveniently located near the students' work area for efficient organization.
