My Students

How would you like to try to write on a table that is uneven and won't stay still.

My students are from a very rural county with a very high percentage at poverty level.

There are many students who come to school hungry and school is the happiest part of their day. My students are great kids and I want them to have the best opportunities and resources to succeed. I also want them to have nice things to work with here at school.

My Project

I would like a small activity table for my classroom. I will use it as a writing center. The table we currently have is broken and very unstable. The students have trouble writing on it because it won't stay still. This table would give our classroom a face lift and make it look bright and colorful for my students.

This project is important to me because my students deserve the best resources possible because they are great kids.

Some of them have rough home lives and I want school the best possible place of their day.
