This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My female students already face many obstacles in their daily lives that they do not need the added stress of lacking the funds to purchase feminine hygiene items. By having various female pads in the classroom, I can help these girls as the need arises.

Having a place where they can go and get these feminine hygiene items is essential for the girls that need help to ask without feeling ashamed or embarrassed.

They will know someone is looking out for their well-being and has their best interest at heart.
