My Project

This project is so important for my career because I am transitioning from elementary to middle school and I know this is going to bring a host of logistical and organizational issues. I am going from 22 students to 100 and 6 different classes.

With so many students, I know the organization of the classroom and incentives will become so important for students to stay focused.

I have included a phone charging station for students to charge their phones and not be distracted by them during class. I have also included carts, baskets, and tape to create distinct areas for students to keep their materials.

I have also included incentives that I know middle schoolers will love like water bottle stickers and jolly ranchers. I know this project will go a long way to making my classroom an efficient, effective place to learn.
