Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My scholars are a great bundle of joy to teach every day. Though, my special education class requires more time, patience, and understanding to learn and master a skill; they work very hard to achieve their goals. Each day all of my scholars enter the classroom with the same goal; to obtain the knowledge that will lead them to college.

As a special education teacher, I am expected to deliver excellent instruction in all content areas as well as the General Education teacher and having these requisite tools to teach my scholars will be an advantage to close some of the gaps within their deficits.

They are our future and I want to give them a great start to their long successful career.

My Project

My scholars will use these needed materials on a daily basis to develop their growing minds: -dry erase markers to assist them with independent writing or when mathematicians are simply hard at work solving computation problems on their dry erase boards -large boards to allow for some privacy and down quite as individual learners- key rings to maintain their content area vocabulary words in order and easy accessible. The cleaning materials such as the paper towels and cleaning agents will support and maintain a clean and healthy learning environment. Finally, the batteries will be used to keep the classroom timer on track as when activities such as Time, Pair, Share are incorporated within a lesson. Every supply requested will be put to the most useful way that will benefit and develop the learning of the diverse learners in the classroom.
