My Project

Our physical education and personal fitness classes need basketball goals. Basketball is a lot more than just an exciting game to play. The goal of this project is to aid our students in continuously improving their physical, mental, and emotional health by becoming more active and developing a healthier lifestyle. Basketball is a great mind and full-body workout. Our students are special because they crave activities that require movement. When they play basketball, it helps improve their moods and confidence in themselves. It also helps to mildly reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety that they often experience. Basketball is a fun way to get some regular exercise into their lifestyles. We utilize our basketball court for physical education, health, and physical fitness classes. Due to all of our physical activities occurring outdoors, portable outdoor basketball goals will be essential for our students!
