My Project

It's important to provide intentional opportunities to allow students to explore the world of science beyond the classroom. Too often, our students do not identify as scientists because the single story of scientific achievement does not include people who mirror their appearances or experiences.

My first goal is to provide literary experiences that are scientific in nature with real world investigations related to the units of study for my students.

Secondly, to see science performed by students within their age groups.

My students are special because they work in inclusive settings, supporting and learning from each other daily.

The Covid 19 pandemic has affected students reading frequency and by sponsoring this subscription , students can restore their excitement around reading in the sciences!
