Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My class consists of hard-working students that often struggle with the acquisition of the newest technology.

The class will create a trailer for the movie version of the book we have read.

While this can be done with any book we read throughout the year, the book that we will be working on for this project is Firegirl, by Tony Abbott. In groups, the students will work together in brainstorming and creating a movie trailer. The students will use the iPad, and its newest features, to record and edit their trailers.
