Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year, I continue to teach Social Studies, and additionally Spanish! I want to make sure the room is filled with posters that are relevant to the students' curriculum. It is important for students to have classrooms to reflect what they are learning to help them immerse themselves in the content. The Spanish posters will also help my newcomers population that are Spanish-speaking.

We also need more ink so students can print in color for projects they are creating to hang around the classroom!

My students mostly come from low income families and most do not have access to printers outside of school.
