My Students

Our students are enthusiastic, creative middle schoolers learning to be innovative with technology. Our elective classes are offered to all students on our campus, which means kids of all academic levels, abilities, and disabilities are given access to a 21st century Digital Design Lab classroom.

Our students come from special education, gifted, and grade-level classrooms, but in our Digital Design Lab, all are given opportunities to work together to create and produce original products.

Our students speak English, Spanish, Mandarin, Turkish, and French, and they tap into their unique cultures, communities, and experiences as they innovate with technology.

My Project

In our Digital Design Lab 7/8 classes, students develop projects based on their own interests, such as 3D animation, sculpting, modeling, architecture, game design, music composition, website design, stop-motion animation, film production, computer coding, personalized maps and travel tours. Desktop iMac computers will allow them to work with the most professional equipment possible, as well as prevent neck and back strain from hunching over tablets.

Whether they are coding the next top-selling app, producing an original stop-motion animation, or designing a new house for their family, our students should learn and work on the best technology available.

With iMac desktop computers, software will run faster, programs won't crash, student work will be reliably saved, and new applications will quickly be made available. Our students will gain valuable college and career skills when they are able to innovate on iMac desktops.
