Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Pre-K will be the first school experience for most of my students. The impact of having high-quality books and resources will support the overall school experience of all students. Since we do not have a Promethean board or projector, large books enhance students' interaction with texts. Big books are an exciting way to motivate students to want to read and to create an exciting way for them to experience books. Read Alouds are a crucial component in Early childhood because they offer opportunities for self-to-text connections, vocabulary growth, and discussions.
