This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a group of incredibly inquisitive and fearless young scientists who are always eager to explore the world around them. They never shy away from asking questions, experimenting with new ideas, or diving into the unknown. To support their boundless curiosity, I'm requesting funding for essential supplies that will elevate their hands-on learning experiences and transform our classroom inot a dynamic science lab.

What makes my students truly special is their relentless curiosity and fearlessness.

They bing energy and enthusiasm, to the classroom that is contagious, inspiring me to find new ways to challenge and engage them. With your support, we can fuel their love for learning and equip them with the skills they need to succeed in science and beyond.

With these supplies, my student will dive deep into the fascinating world of science. Drums will help them explore sound waves and understand how vibrations create sound, while energy sticks and glow sticks will make our energy units come alive, allowing them to interact with different forms of energy. Masking tape and craft sticks will empower them to build, create, and experiment with structures, fostering their engineering and design skills. Digital scales will provide the precision needed for accurate measurements in experiments, helping students grasp the concept of mass and balance in physical science.

These tools will transform abstract science concepts into tangible, interactive experiences. they will allow my students to see themselves as scientists, capable of exploring understanding, and questioning the world around them. My primary goal is to ignite a lifelong passion for science by making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful. Your generosity will help spark the curiosity and creativity of the next generation of fearless leaners!
