My Project
Some of our third and fourth-grade students are part of a targeted tutoring program designed to provide personalized support, helping them reach proficient and advanced levels on the state reading test. Our students face various challenges, and many lack the necessary tools to engage fully in online learning platforms
To maximize the effectiveness of our Ignite tutoring program in reading, we are seeking headphones with microphones and student incentives to enhance learning and motivation.
Additionally, their current headphones are wearing out. Headphones with microphones will enable them to focus during computer-based practice sessions and interactive learning activities, while also allowing for clearer communication during virtual tutoring. At the middle and end of the semester, we celebrate student successes and engagement with a celebration. Previously, I have been funding the incentives and prizes out of pocket. These incentives serve as positive reinforcement, encouraging students to stay motivated and committed to their progress.
With your contribution, we can provide our students with durable headphones with microphones to improve focus and facilitate interactive learning. Engaging incentives such as small prizes and recognition rewards to celebrate their growth and achievements.
These resources will help create a focused, positive learning environment where students feel supported and encouraged to do their best.
