My Project

These furniture items will allow my students to feel comfortable in my speech room to learn new concepts/skills! A kidney table would allow me to easily interact with my students, to provide individualized attention and small group instruction. The kidney table's design encourages collaboration, allowing students to interact by taking turns, and practicing communication skills in a supportive setting. As a speech therapist, modeling of speech sounds is key to assist with reducing/eliminating speech sounds errors. This table allows for my students to clearly see how my articulators are making a sound, from any view around the table. My students are hard workers and I believe they deserve a comfortable space to expand their knowledge and meet their goals.
