This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our art room holds a magical place in students hearts. It is a safe place for them to imagine, create, and explore. This is very important because it fosters a creative space for all types of students! If we can reach our goal, we will be able to print on a variety of materials.

The project will give the artists exposure by having their work on display as they carry it through the school halls, on the bus, during their walk home, or perhaps during community events.

This exposure will be the result of creating stamps, prints, and tote bags. We will emphasize that art lives on a variety of surfaces. Exposure at this age is beneficial but rare!
