My Project

The books in this project will serve two purposes. Some of the titles showcase the experiences of people who've had a tremendous impact on the world. My students love the "I Am" series of books. They beg to read them and beg me to buy more. They love how the people are presented as kids like them and make real connections that inspire them to dream big.

The second set of titles in this project will provide my students an insight into the wonders of their city and state.

My students don't always have access to the sights and sounds that make their city and state special. The books in this project will help me to help them learn about the wonders of where they live.
