My Project

Every year, my students dive into a comprehensive unit on Body Systems, which includes the nervous system. We learn all about the fascinating and mysterious organ that is our brain, uncovering the functions of its various lobes. We also compare our brain to the brains of other animals!

These brain dissection kits will make the perfect laboratory experience, where students will once again be reminded of how fun and engaging science can be.

I hope this lab will inspire them toward careers in neuroscience, oncology, psychology, and even occupational therapy, while giving them a unforgettable hands-on experience in the classroom.
