My Project

I am a school social worker in an inner city school. The students I work with endure abusive and neglectful home, deal with their special challenges they were born with and experience bullying at school.

Those issues come with a lot of strong emotions that they don't know how to identify, express appropriately, or cope with in a healthy manner.

These tools with help them navigate their big feelings, learn what to do to calm down, build their self-esteem and better their lives to be productive members of society despite all of the barriers they face day to day!
