My Students

This is a community of people who have built a school that is special. The students and parents know the importance of education. The children come into the classroom ready to solve a problem. They love to ponder and persevere.

An amazing group of scholars!

I work with 2nd graders who come to school every day eager to learn and share their excitement. I enjoy working with these individuals. I love their enthusiasm for learning. I know I am their teacher... but I learn from them every day. We truly are a community of learners.

My Project

All students love to draw. All students love technology. Give kids the opportunity to put the two together and we will have someone ready for a career of the future.

Osmo will give my students the tool to express themselves creatively.

I am very fortunate to have iPads in my classroom. Osmo is an accessory that will change the way my students can interact with the iPad. Osmo helps bridge the real and digital world. It will allow my students to use technology in productive activities while improving their fine motor skills, spatial intelligence, and creativity. My students will learn how to transform 3D images into lines on paper. Just imagine the fear of drawing something from scratch. My students will be the able to take a picture and draw an image. Also, this accessory works with programs like Code Jam that will help students create their own musical masterpiece.

Osmo will give the most reluctant artists in my classroom the confidence to create their own unique masterpiece. My students will become digital artists. Thank you in advance for supporting our future artists!
