This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are at a title 1 school in central Los Angeles with limited resources as I am teaching from a room that was used for storage. I do not have access to the chemistry lab but I am doing small experiments like making ice cream in the classroom to help bring chemistry to life. My current students have never experienced high school laboratory sciences since Biology was online last year and this year, we did not have access to the chemistry lab. Please help me create an experience for the students to make ice cream.
