My Project

Writing is one of my favorite subjects to experience with my students. It is during this time, the true creativity of our learners jumps out. Writing in the younger grades is a foundational skill that sets the stage for future academic success. At this stage, the focus is on developing basic writing skills, encouraging creativity, and building confidence.

Writing journals encourage students to keep simple journals where they can draw and write about their experiences.

By tailoring writing activities to the developmental stage of young students, you help them build essential skills in a way that’s engaging and enjoyable. A writing journal can be incredibly beneficial for students for various reasons. I can incorporate short writing activities into the daily routine, such as writing about their day or describing a favorite activity.
