My Project

"I see, therefore I can" truly defines what an autistic student needs to succeed in the classroom environment. Through their consistent and explicit application, the autistic student learns to function in an environment that can otherwise be unpredictable. The visuals help the autistic child navigate their entire school day, from the time they arrive at school to the time they leave. From learning how to safely exit the school bus to managing his schedule and hygienically using the restroom, the autistic student needs visuals to function. Every moment of his day must be supported with visuals to access the school environment. Please help me help my students see so they can be successful.
