My Students

There is an app for every educational objective imaginable. I want to use tablets for small groups or individual skill building. With this tablet I will be able to let students work on their individual skills.

I teach in a rural community where technology is essential.

Many students do not have computers or Internet access at home. As a teacher I want to expose them to learning environments where technology is used. With these tablets I can teach kids learning objectives and increase their technology skills.

My Project

If I am working with a student that does not understand their letter sounds I can download an app for letter sounds and let the student work on that specific skill. If I have a student who is struggling with addition and subtraction I can let them work on that skill.

Having a small set of tablets would be a teachers dream come true.

As a teacher, I cannot give each student extended individual skill building time. With tablets I can use the tablet to give them individualized instruction time.
