This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a special educator, I work with many students who have different sensory needs than neurotypical kids. Many students are extra sensitive to sound, or need some additional stimulation to help them stay in their seat and learn as much as possible.

We need supportive sensory items help students maintain their emotional regulation and stay ready to learn!

The items requested will help students with various needs stay in their classrooms with their peers and complete all their tasks. I am also requesting storage items so we can keep these supports organized and safe so they can last for years to come!
