My Project

My Pre-K students feel good during and after having some time playing/working with fidget toys, games, and artwork. With modifications and accommodations, we use a lot of materials to de-escalate behaviors. It helps them concentrate, calm down, and destress. We incorporate activities throughout the day to hone our communication skills, fine motor, etc.

Materials such as UNO, Tangle Jr.

Fuzzies Fidget Toy, Fidget Toys Set, and Joyn Toys Build and Learn Kit will enhance students' ability to self-regulate and focus.

The other materials will help the classroom need to print materials to support our daily activities such as arts and crafts while encouraging communication alongside social skills.
