My Students

Everyday, I ask students to write essays and short responses. Students are encouraged to revise their work and share with the class, but that is nearly impossible when students can not see their classmates' work on the projector.

My 9th-grade students are students who will be the first to go to college in their families.

My classes consist of ESL, ELL, special education, and general education students. We believe in teaching to all learning styles. My students are collaborative learners who believe in writing and reading for knowledge.

My Project

My students are collaborative learners who love to teach each other. The document camera will allow my students to share and edit their work for the entire class to see. Students can edit their papers in real time, record videos, and capture images. As a teacher, I can record lessons, scan papers and texts, and annotate images and writing, for my students, in real time. The stapler will allow them to create their student bulletin boards and showcase their work.

Your donation will make learning easier for many students.

Students will increase their writing skills and reading skills when using the document camera. No more holding up a small piece of paper and hoping students can see it, or having students read their work aloud without the class following.
