This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Social Emotional Learning is a movement. It is vital for the growth of our scholars. Imagine a classroom where a student cannot only excel academically, but, can also learn the tools needed to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to allow my students the opportunity to express themselves in a safe, nonjudgemental environment where they can thrive.

Academic success is deeply intertwined with emotional well-being.

Integrating SEL into our daily routine will create a more supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Your donation (notebooks, tennis balls, area rug, etc.) will help us foster a long lasting, emotionally sound, classroom. Help us foster The GOAT that lives in each of our scholars.
