My Project

I am school counselor in West Philadelphia. Many students at my school experience personal traumas on a regular basis. These traumas can lead to displacement and other issues. Since this is the case, students come to school without the basic necessitates. When students arrive, they may have on dirty clothes or have a strong odor. This is not only distraction for themselves, but may lead to other students bullying them.

These students will need support in school and outside of school for their hygiene needs.

My desire is to address the issues in school and also to give them care packeages to take home or keep with where ever they go.
