Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with an amazing group of high school students with special needs. I want to teach them life skills including taking care of their personal hygiene. After their Special Education P.E. classes, they smell like they had a lot of fun. I am so happy that they enjoy exercising and running around. These supplies will support this goal, as most of them are not able to afford these supplies. I want to provide them for my students. I know they will feel very special and cared for. I want them to feel good about themselves. As students with special needs, they are struggle to care for their own personal hygiene. I love learning new things. I know they will be very excited about this project.
