This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

A student's personal hygiene is important for their health, attendance, and feeling confident in school. Many of our families are struggling with housing, food, and financial insecurities. Times are hard for so many of our families, we want to be able to break down barriers to students attending school and accessing learning.

Our school wants to provide (personal hygiene supply kids) for students to maintain their health, mental health, and self-esteem, which are greatly impacted when they are experiencing housing and financial insecurities.

We are in need of deodorant, toothpaste and more.

We greatly appreciate your compassion and support!
