Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Three years ago I started a school based food pantry. It started with 5 or 6 families a week and it's now up to about 20 families a week. With the funding I receive from a supermarket chain, I'm able to get plenty of non perishable foods but I can't buy some of the requested items

Hygiene products is one of the most requested items every week.

I would like to be able to offer families hygiene products more regularly and donors choose is one of the biggest ways I can get the much needed items.

I want my students feeling comfortable and a good bath or shower can really help with that.
