My Project

As second graders the students will have an opportunity to have a care closet for hygiene products. This closet will be available to them when the need arises. Mainly after recess or PE or any other sustained physical activity.

Students will be taught lessons on hygiene: washing hands, washing face, using deodorant, learning about the importance of keeping away germs, staying healthy, and staying fresh.

After learning about the importance of hygiene and the correct way to wash your face and hands, and applying deodorant, students will have the chance to moisturize their skin with either lotion or cream. Also, if students are skeptical about spreading germs they can use the body wash instead.
