Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

If students' essential needs aren't being met, they will not learn that day. Many of my students are food insecure and lack access to essentials most of us would take for granted. Something as simple as providing a granola bar or feminine hygiene products will help students confidently and comfortably get through their day and do their best.

With these products, I will set up a "Take What You Need" station where students can help themselves to whatever they may need to address whatever may come their way.

Any contribution to this project is appreciated by myself and my students. Thank you.
