My Project

My students love tending our outside garden at school. The joy in their faces seeing how the food they eat is grown is evident.

As an urban school in the heart of the city, many students have not really ever had the opportunity to see how food is grown.

This hydroponics garden will bring the action all year long.

I would love to bring that joy inside all year long. We have the perfect countertop space to set up this small garden and will use it throughout the school year to grow various plants and herbs.
