Help me give my students fresh drinking water, snacks and hygiene products they may need while at school. As the school counselor, it's my duty to create a safe space for students to come when in need.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
When students come into my office, they often ask, "do you have water" or they say, "I am hungry". As the school counselor, I want to create a space where students know if they need anything, they can come to me. Unfortunately, money can become an issue when trying to provide for students the essentials. With your help, I will be able to say, YES when they ask me for a snack because they are still hungry or water because they are thirsty. I want to also be able to provide for my students the things they don't ask for out loud...hygiene products. I know it may seem sometimes they educators are asking for a lot...we are because we care about the needs of each child we have the pleasure of meeting and educating. So help me fund my Hydration, Hygiene & Healthy project with your helping hands.
