My Students

My 8th grade computer students are a highly motivated group this year. My students love to come to my class to learn about technology. My school is a Title I school which means that the majority of my students come from low-income households. Many of my students also have special needs and are brand new to this country. Despite the many obstacles that my students face, they are​ super enthusiastic about learning. They all strive to succeed and truly appreciate everything that is done for them. They are the best!

My Project

There are a lot things that I am unsure of for this upcoming Hybrid school year. What I do know is that my students will be learning about graphic art in school and at home. They need individual art supplies that they can use while they are at home. They will also need safety equipment and cleaning supplies while they are in school.

Having individual art supplies and safety supplies will make my students confident to create and also feel safe.

Having access to a sketchbook and a set of colored pencils of their own will truly make a difference.
