Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I work with Pre-K students and we need some new playground equipment. We also need games and equipment that promote gross motor skills inside of the classroom.

The children's favorite part of the day is outdoor play. They love to bounce and kick balls, use hoola hoops, and jump ropes. Unfortunately, the equipment we have is old and I have very little equipment for them to play with.

Our class needs new equipment to promote gross motor skills and physical fitness for our Pre-K students. New hoola hoops, jumpropes, a tumbling mat, etc. will give everyone a chance to "work out" and do it in a fun, engaging activity.

Your help will ensure that our students are physically fit and learn how to play new sports. Everyday they will work on their gross motors skills. They will also form great habits towards being a fit and healthy adult!
