My Students

I am so lucky to teach a special education classroom full of unique individuals who are all loving and eager to learn. My students are in Kindergarten through Third grade, and each one of them has their own educational learning goals. I teach at a Title I school, in a small east Texas town. Most of my students come from a high poverty area where resources are stretched thin. I am a member of ATPE, and I absolutely love ATPE!

My Project

Healthy snacks will increase learning abilities in the classroom throughout the day. The snacks can boost their energy level for learning. Healthy snacks enables the students to become more engaged in classroom activities. The healthy snacks can help students to grow and develop more skills in the classroom. The healthy snacks can help promote less behavior problems.

By providing the students with healthy snacks, I'm investing in higher academic performance in the classroom.

A healthy snack can help encourage concentration and re-energize tired students. In addition, snack breaks can help students perform better during the day. Please consider donating to help keep my students focused on their learning.
