Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will bring to live the Stars mission by providing our student's with healthy snacks and helping them concentrate in class. Working on an empty stomach does not allow students to focus.

Food insecurities affects learning in ways unimaginable, and my students deserve to have the basic needs met.

Your donation will provide students with a small pantry for students to enjoy. Many of my students are in temporary housing and do not have the luxury of a full size refrigerator. Some of my students live in a room with limited access to the basic needs.
