My Project

Students love to hula hoop! They enjoy learning how to use the hoops, practicing different moves and tricks. They also enjoy having hula hooping contests. Hula hooping is fun and a great way for children to exercise.

When hula hooping together, students not only get exercise; they also connect with their classmates and teachers in a more relaxed and informal way, and share a joyful experience together.

Students especially love it when their teachers join them and everyone hoops together. Hula hooping adds positive energy to the school day, and gives the students a chance to exercise in a different way.
