My Project

Kindergarten is a special first year in school for children. We teach all of the subjects but art and science are always favorite things to study.

This project will bring our science units to life through art projects that will be showcased in our classroom, for open house projects, and parent gifts to be proud of showing off to our loved ones.

Living things and their needs are our science focus now and we will make artistic creations with plants and figurines. We will paint the fishbowls and then plant small plants inside the bowl. We will add artistic details to create a fairy type habitat including foam stickers, butterflies, little animals, and more. The bags will be used for art projects like gingerbread houses, haunted houses, bunny bags, and puppets. My students love to create art that expresses their ideas and themselves!
